Cleaning the dust filter on an Acer Predator Orion 7000
How to remove the dust filter, top cover, and front bezel for regular airflow maintenance.

Why this filter deserves regular attention
On a gaming tower as powerful as the Orion 7000, clear airflow directly determines how well the processor and graphics card can sustain their turbo clocks over time. The dust filter at the front of the case is the first line of defense against clogged internal radiators and fans — regular maintenance keeps it from becoming a thermal bottleneck.
Before you start
Fully turn off the computer and unplug all connected peripherals before doing any work on the case.
Removing the dust filter
A dedicated handle releases the filter: push it, then lift the filter out of its slot — no tools required.
Going further: top cover and front bezel
For a more thorough cleaning that includes the inside of the case, the top cover releases with a tool by pushing on its latch. The front bezel comes off after removing the screws on its lower edge. These steps give direct access to the fans and radiators for a deeper dust removal.
