Editorial Policy

A Zonelectro product page can include an analysis section ("Our take", strengths/weaknesses, who it suits, alternatives). That analysis is a reading of the product's published specs and price — not the result of physical lab testing, unless a page explicitly says otherwise.

Analysis text is generated from the product's structured data (specs, category, price, comparable products) with AI assistance, then reviewed before publishing. It is only written when enough reliable data exists on the product; when data is insufficient, the spec sheet stays up but no analysis is published, rather than inventing generic filler.

No claim about real-world performance (e.g. actual photo quality or battery life in hours) is presented as a test result unless a test actually took place. The text stays limited to explaining what the published specs generally imply.

Technical specs come from public third-party sources. Automated validation flags clearly inconsistent values (e.g. the wrong unit for a given field) before display; when a value is uncertain, it is hidden rather than corrected with a guess.

Anyone can report an error directly from a product page ("Report an error") or via the Contact page. Reports are reviewed manually and the page is corrected or updated once the error is confirmed.

The presence of merchant or affiliate links on a product page does not influence its analysis: the strengths and weaknesses described reflect the product's specs and price, independently of any commission Zonelectro may earn on the accompanying links — see the Affiliate Disclosure.
